I have 4C hair, I’ve been using this for over a year alongside liquid biotin and I have seen an improvement in my hair it’s softer shinier and more manageable. It doesn’t break much and is healthy. In terms of hair growth its definitely increased, on my head but also all over my body but keep in mind I’m also taking more biotin on top of what is in this product. My hair is growing faster for sure and my nails are shiny like i have clear nail polish on, my skin is also amazing but I also take collagen. I’m gonna keep using it, it works for me but it’s not a miracle product it hasn’t made my hair grow like weeds but it it’s better than before.

Have been taking this for almost a month now since watching clips from youtube mentioning the benefits. I mix it in water and have it first thing before breakfast. It has definitely boosted my energy and I believe is improving my hair I'm looking forward to more growth. It tastes similar to weak Vimto which I like and is a decent size bottle to last over a month. I've also being having a better sleep at night since starting this.

I brought mineral rich because I wanted to get some growth in my hair. But it's too early to tell as I've only been taking this for six weeks however, I've noticed that as soon as I have my mineral rich in the morning I spring into life and it gives me so much energy, I feel ready for the day ahead of me. Taking Mineral Rich is definitely an added bonus for me.

Nails are stronger and eyelashes have grown, haven't measured hair but seems to have got some thickness and length. I will continue with it for the continuity that is needed to gain the best benefits. I have noticed the energy that I get during the day and then crash during the night which I never used to do.

Ok I am not one who normally believes in magic but this stuff takes the biscuit it really works. I initially bought it because my hair was weak, lacking length and volume. After drinking the recommended amount for (it lasts about 2 months) my hair is amazing - I am not sure there were other benefits i.e. skin or nails but my hair is visibly thicker and has grown in length, I am definitely going to purchase another one. It is pricey but it is worth it if you have issues with your hair.

This is a great mineral mix for hair and nails, just be careful about how much you take - one tablespoon every other day is fine and, given the price, economical.

I last bought this product in 2017 when the price was around £25.00 to £30.00. An excellent product which helped my hair to grow.Thereafter, Amazon had stopped selling the product for a number of years. However, I noticed they have recently started to re-sell it, but the price is absolutely astronomical unnecessarily expensive! I will have to shop around.

Nails have definitely grown. I know it's giving me the nutrients that are needed inside my body. I don't feel as drained as I usually do
