The first 2 times it was a little diffrent the vinager taste came out more to me but now after half a bottle I can taste more of the fruit flavor. Last time I got weighed I was down 34lbs that was about 3 weeks ago. I went shopping at torrid normally im a 4 I got size 1 in tops havnt got bottoms yet because I still have more to loose. But my 3s (20/22 in regular) are falling off of me.I take 2 after each meal. Because I don't absorb things in my stomach like most people I have a rare condition so I have to take more.As with any med I take orally. So I dont recommend that to everyone.
