Very happy with purchase
Long rambly review, and the picture quality is pretty trash, sorry in advance- I’m terrible at keeping things short and sweet. Longtime switch player, so a lot of my comparisons/views relate to the switch.Purchased from the seller BT-Wholesale.I initially meant to buy the OLED version (I misunderstood the listing and thought this was it, lol. Good old brain fog!) but realised after it shipped it was the LCD version that had been upgraded to 1TB. I didn’t wanna fuss over returning it and waiting even longer when I had been so excited to finally get one, I decided to keep the LCD one. The screen is significantly better than the LCD switch and I would say is almost on par with my switch OLED screen. The colours are vibrant and the screen gets much brighter than the LCD switch screen, which is what I assumed this screen would be like. The battery is significantly better than the LCD switch too, which I’m happy about, albeit less than the SD OLED battery is said to preform at, but it’s not a problem to me; I usually play my switch plugged in anyway, and I play this the same. I also have a battery pack holding case for on the go, so not a problem for me personally. The device works great after a minor hiccup; I had some issues with the physical controls not working at first, making me use the touch screen for the update and the update was not installing the first time (a restart helped the install go through on the second try and then the controls work fabulously since). My biggest “con” is the weight and positioning of the buttons (and the touchpad things) are definitely taking some getting used to coming from the switch which is significantly lighter weight, but that’s nowhere near a dealbreaker to me. I’m very happy with my purchase and it came with all accessories promised, though I have my own protective on-the-device case for it so I don’t use the silicone skin that came with it.I’d recommend this, and the seller, to anyone! I absolutely love my steam deck.

Important info about product!
I actually give this a 3.5 star due to the fact that I noticed everyone failed to mention this but many many people have had issues with the product’s functionality and wanted to insure this appeared to buyers. I freshly bought mine and have tried for over a week to get it to log in but I continue to have update errors. It took a quick Reddit lookup and trying so many different ways like spamming the A button to get to the log screen. Now I can’t turn it off for fear of having to do the whole low accuracy ordeal again. Seems like a decent product, somewhat awkward button positioning but manageable,Games run well and screen quality is not an issue at all.

What did I spend all this money for? False advertising
The media could not be loaded. From day one of getting this Steam Deck, the “volume up” button didn’t work. Ironically, that turned out to be the least of my problems because it maxes itself out constantly. I mean the noise it makes never stops and the volume overlay is constantly on the screen and it just keeps turning itself up but it’s already at 100. Even if I hold down the “volume down” button it just immediately shoots back up to 100 and doesn’t stop. Literally unusableIt also didn’t come with the silicone case or the glass protector so that’s just plain false advertising and is illegal under state and federal consumer protection laws.

Powerful, Portable, and Perfect for Gamers
The Valve Steam Deck 1TB is an absolute game-changer for handheld gaming! With its impressive 1TB of storage, I have more than enough space for a vast library of games, and I love how smooth the performance is, even with graphically demanding titles. The 1280 x 800 LCD display is vibrant and clear, offering an immersive gaming experience on the go.The included carrying case is a great bonus, providing protection while keeping the Steam Deck portable. The silicone soft cover protector fits snugly and adds a layer of comfort while holding the device. Plus, the tempered glass film keeps the screen safe from scratches, which is essential for a device this nice. What really stands out is how versatile the Steam Deck is. It’s easy to switch between gaming on the handheld device and connecting it to a monitor or TV. The controls are comfortable, and the layout feels natural, even during long gaming sessions. If you’re a gamer looking for a portable and powerful gaming console that can handle a wide variety of games, the Steam Deck 1TB is an excellent investment. Highly recommended for anyone who loves gaming on the go!

Missing the jel protection angle was missing the screen protector.

Excellent, handles most games
The controls are a bit unusual and take some time to get used to. However, the performance is really impressive for the price. There are a few software issues that could be improved, but overall, it feels comfortable to hold and can last 2-3 hours of unplugged gaming.

Unit Seems Fine; Inaccurate Product Description
Received the Steam Deck very promptly, especially considering the time of year. No noticeable scratches or other wear/damage. Was able to power up the device and verify the ability to connect and log in. Verified upgraded storage in system specs. Hard carrying case & power adapter were included in the box. However, contrary to item description, the silicone soft case and tempered glass film were not included. Additionally, no supporting documentation for the Deck was included. Sent message to seller inquiring on the case & film (all things considered, not too concerned about the documentation) and was told these were not included with the purchase. Seller states this was "noted in the item's condition details at the time of purchase". Looked back at the item Description, as well as my Amazon Order receipt; nothing states this caveat. So while I appreciate the condition of the item and the speed that it arrived, I must remove a star for the inaccuracies.
