With all treatments it's advisable to turn off uv for a week

Normal dosage is 20 drops per 100litres so will need 60 drops once every 2 weeks for 300 litres. One 20ml bottle states it treats a total of 2000litres

Q: Do I need to remove activated carbon from my filter to use this?

I believe so. Generally medications are more effective when activated carbon are removed from the filter. This Esho Optima is very good for fishes.

Q: is it good for gold fish

Yes, used once every approx 20 days the fish remain healthier in general and recover better and quicker from minor diseases. I haven't stopped using this product since discovering it.
