This was my first time trying rubber base gel. In the past, I could never get anything structured to adhere to my mail (acrylic, nail polish, ect). I have really thin and flaky nails so it’s pretty hard to find products that work for them. The rubber base gel adhered to my nail wonderfully and my nails are no longer super bendy and fragile! I used the rubber base gel, their base coat, and top coat! As a beginner, I found that the application was pretty easy as long as you did one finger at a time. I wasn’t sure how it would look on my short nails but it actually looks great without extensions! I’m looking forward to trying the base gel with some gel polish over top!

I am the type of person that likes to go to the nail salon once a month and get a nice acrylic gel set but made a decision that I wanted to save money and grow my real nails so I did some research and was reccommended this type of gel. This is a great alternative for those who are lazy and/or on a budget because its relatively easy to use. Because this is rubber base you need to make sure you buy a seperate gel top coat to cure it or else it wont look shiny as the rubber base has a tacky feel to it. Messed up and have humps in your nails? No problem, after you cure the base coat file it down to a smooth consistency and apply another layer walaaa! Since my nails are super short right now I bought some fake tips and added them before applying the rubber base. This polish takes away the need for any acrylic! All in all I love it and hope that more colors become available.

I will say three bottles were really hard to open, but product was not compromised. It had a little tackiness after curing that was easily wiped off with alcohol. Great colors, using as a nude color and protective base to protect my nails while I continue to grow them out (my pinky nail broke THE DAY before i got this in the mail 😭) Added ALOT of sturdiness and therefore protection to my nails.

Mis uñas son débiles así que uso este producto para que crezcan sin quebrarse y me está funcionando muy bien!!. Apenas lo he usado por menos de dos semanas y han crecido bien!!

The color of the polish is flat, not able to layer the polish to change the look. Hard to apply and not be lumpy.

I really liked this product it was my first time using the rubber base venalisa set . The RV05 rubber base looked really fabulous on this overlay acrylic set and I used two layers of the rubber base. I would definitely buy again.
