I keep this on my desk at work. I have a variety of fans to combat my hot flashes and this one is my favorite. In the third mode the metal plate in the middle gets ice cold. Helps to cool you down QUICK!!

Wished we read reviews. This does not hold charge very well.

As someone who lives in South Texas, this little fan served me so well when I was volunteering at a local event in my community recently. It was a hot summer day, pouring sweat and this little fan was the thing that kept me going. I had people asking me where I got this little fan since it seemed to be working pretty well. The cool setting was refreshing to feel as I kept it blowing across my face the majority of the time. My only complaint is that the cool setting doesn’t allow it to blow a large stream of air, so you have to keep it close to wherever you’re trying to cool down. The cool setting also makes it run out of battery pretty fast, so that’s another thing to keep note of. The cold plate also gets extremely cold very fast which is impressive, I just wish it would blow more cold air. I’m definitely going to continue using this fan whenever I’m outside, especially when I’m wearing makeup.

I really like the fan because it is different from normal fan that only makes wind. It makes wind with lower temperature in mode 3.

Ok, I love this little handheld fan! I have several handheld fans that I use to set my makeup application and use outdoors when walking/hiking, along with neck fans that I use for the same purpose (walking/hiking/working out). But let me tell you, this small handheld fan is awesome with its cool air functionality. Even though it doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of my other handhelds, like digital display of remaining battery power and bendable fan heads to adjust the position, it doesn't matter because I really love how small this handheld is and that it delivers cool/cold air - it's a small device but mighty!It's very lightweight and looks like a miniature hair dryer (lol). There are 3 speeds/settings...upon pressing the power button it starts off on medium speed, press the power button again for high, press it once more for low speed with the 'cold compress' function. Directions state that the stainless-steel cooling plate on the fan head will be cooled within 3 seconds and within 10 seconds water droplets will appear. I can attest to the plate cooling within 3-5 seconds, but I never saw any water droplets, though that's of no consequence because the plate was definitely COLD when I pressed it to my skin and the air generated was *very* cool, nearly cold (Note: You have to peel off the sticker with product labeling on the plate before first use). This will be super refreshing when out in the heat here in AZ! I love that there isn't any internal water reservoir to fuss with filling in order to have the cold plate and cool air...it's a totally self-contained unit. The medium and high speeds even seemed to naturally blow cooler air.It also has a round carabiner attached to the end of the handle for portability if you wanted to attach it to a backpack or something, but it also serves as a stand for the fan if you want to prop it up on a flat surface (desk, countertop, etc.). At first it didn't seem like it would be stable or sturdy enough to use as a stand, as it does wobble a bit from side to side (like a bobble head) for a few seconds until it stabilizes, but the round carabiner gives it a center of gravity that keeps it upright and it doesn't tip over - in my experience - I was very surprised! And even when placing the fan on high speed, the power and velocity of the air still didn't make the fan topple over, that little carabiner kept it standing!It came with a charging cord (type C), but no carry bag (would have been nice to have, but no big deal). I'll be using this fan a lot now that temps are 90+ degrees here...I hope it lasts a long time, but even if I had to purchase a replacement, the price point is a great value and rather inexpensive so I surely would!
