Doesn't work and didn't arrive with parts
Ordered two cameras. One arrived before the other. Just got the 1st camera in a very used box. It didn't include any of the hardware needed for installation which is always included in other AXIS cameras I've purchased. I had spare parts, but when I connected it, the video was very blurry and wouldn't focus. I'm going to return it, but the second camera hasn't arrived yet, so I can't return it yet. Seems fishy that they didn't arrive together. Ive attached a picture of what the image was of my ceiling in my office.
