Pure Green Natural Latex Mattress - Twin - Soft

Fantastic mattress! I bought it in November and have slept so well since. It’s so soft and comfy. It has kept its shape, it hasn’t sunk in the middle like I thought it would. I love it — I’m so glad I bought it! The mattress has no strange chemical smell. It smells faintly like wool, the scent is unobtrusive, I don’t mind it all.

I bought this for my 3-year old daughter for her "big girl" bed and it's what I expected and wanted. I ordered a soft based on the reviews and I'm glad I did. It's on the firmer side of medium which is just fine. My daughter seems to love it and sleeps like normal. Her crib mattress was natural latex on the firmer side too so adjustment has been minimal.

I love my new mattress. I am a side sleeper with osteoarthritis and the soft is perfect. It didn’t make the arthritis go away, but it has made my mornings much more comfortable.

This company's customer service is great -- I purchased a mattress that was too hard. They quickly and graciously refunded me. But in return, I purchased this soft version, which is equally uncomfortable. There is little "give" or movement to this latex mattress (which, from reading some reviews, is actually a plus for many sleepers, but not for me). I feel as if I'm sleeping on a sack of sand, with little support, little comfort, just sort of a utilitarian blob of something on which to lay, and that causes pain in my back and hips. I tried the mattress toppers, too, but they didn't fill the bill. So now I'm trying unsuccessfully to snooze, and writing here on Amazon (because I purchased this mattress on the company's website) to encourage everybody who thinks this may work for you to try a latex mattress before you purchase. My adventure has gone on for months (buying, trying, returning, trying again, etc), and I think had I bought a traditional inner-spring pillow-top, I'd be a much happier camper. Again, kudos for the great customer service, but because you can only return one item of its type within 12 months, if your second try doesn't work for you, you have no recourse. I hope this helps some buyers.
