Great
My first try with matcha and I am very positively impressed. My days are currently very stressful but I am now really able to arrive at the end of the day with a much better state of mind and feeling not stressed at all. I have also completely ended coffee consumption and it is good as coffee was causing me stomach problems. Usually I have the matcha with the yogurt or in milk using an aeroccino and it is fantastic in both ways.

Matcha - not the best quality I have had
I haven't been too impressed with the quality, compared with other brands I have tried. I will continue to use it, but unlikely to re-purchase.

Not their best matcha but still very good value
There is quite good science for the claims that Matcha is good for your health in invisible ways such as reducing your risk of cancer.There is a possibility that it gives you an energy boost though the evidence is weak.The claim that it gives you a brain boost lies firmly in the realm of unproven hope. For this reason I would recommend one of the other matcha products by Bloom in preference to this one. It is nevertheless good value for ceremonial grade matcha. It tastes bitter, more bitter I think than the one by Tea Terrifics which I compared it with. However it is difficult to be sure. They all taste bitter.

Literally just OK - As far as green teas go, this one has a softer, more mellow flavour (definitely less bitter/ algal tasting than some others). Its far from unpleasant, but I wouldnt say I enjoyed it as much as the Ginger or Mojito versions (which pack a lot more flavour)However, in terms of any "brain boost" benefits; Im yet to experience any. I dont even think I felt more "buzzy" than I do when I have my morning coffee. So as an alternative hot drink its ok, but I very much doubt I'll be buying a refill

Tasty matcha
I love this matcha. It has a nice strong taste as a green tea but if added to smoothies then the taste blends in nicely with the other flavours. I love that it comes in a glass jar with a tiny spatula, although I find it easier to just use a half a spoon measurer. I like the added acai berry as it adds a slight sweetness to it. This is my second matcha from Bloom and I am very happy with it.

Good quality matcha tea powder
Good quality matcha tea powder. Taste is quite mild, but still reasonably aromatic.As well as tea, I tried a little of it to make my absolute favourite matcha ice cream and it turned out very well. Only reason for the 4 starts is that I think you can get better value from other bands.

Whisk 1 gram (approx. 1/2 teaspoon or 4 spatula* scoops) per day in 100 ml hot water (80°C) until a frothy top forms. Pour over ice and add cold water to make a refreshing ice tea. Also, try mixing 1 gram per day in juice, fruit and vegetable smoothies, milky lattes and foods such as; salad, soup, pasta, rice and pulses, cereal, yoghurt, ice cream and desserts. *each jar is fitted with a handy spatula.
