It has been super handy in my workflow. But that is not the problem I have with it. It is more on the customer service and technical side. I'm jumpin' through hoops trying to get the firmware update from someone. The site provides only a user manual, (which tells me nothing about how to update the firmware) and Ethernet connection software, (that is in a language I cant read). My workaround works because I use an external capture card, (HD60 S+) for my pc to even see the signal through OBS. The Mac picks it up via USB, but not my pc.
