I brought it as a temporary replacement until I move and at the price I wasn't expecting much at all. However the frame is amazing. It's strong as anything and so easy to put together. Looks lovely too when built and made. Only down side I'd say is of your not that tall then this bed is not for you or a child. I'm 5"11 and it's a perfect height for me to get on and off. But my daughter who's only 5"5 had a real issue and had to jump to get up and feet didn't anywhere near touch the floor when sat on edge of the bed for her. Really good though if like me you have a bad back and find getting in a d out of bed difficult when uts a normal lower Base.
