Excellent unit
I was pretty impressed how cool the ac fan was, huge reprieve from the desert heat. The costumer service was also fantastic and wanted to assure me of the product's arrival, there was a snag in delivery. But they were on top of it. Great powerful unit. Recommend using a water jug to semi freezing Temps, but not frozen to make it extra cool. The maneuverability on this unit is light and smooth, neat feature. Easy setup just put the wheels on and go. Flip up the black lid and pure the water in, you can add the additional ice packs included for more coolness. You can switch from fan, to cool, to swing and that is a nifty option. It's has a timer as well. 2-4hrs to save on energy, or just preference. It's good for a room, haven't tried it in a big space yet, but I suspect it wouldn't be as effective. It comes with a remote as well, just very convenient.

This works very well
We don’t run the air conditioner all night because of the noise and costI bought this hoping to be cooled off a little. As other reviews have stated, you do need this near you to work the way you want it to. Taking that into thought, I put it next to my bed and used it.It works great! This is the first summer that I didn’t wake up sweaty or toss and turn from being so hot. It’s easy to fill, easy to use and I’m very happy that I bought it. I’ll definitely be using it next summer again

Thought it would work
It did not. Tried in living room. Fan blew quite forcefully and blades turned to blow from side to side. Filled with water and added frozen ice packs. Top water to drip down thru filter was cold. BUT, even tho filter was soaked, it did not blow cold air, not even cool. It did blow air. Since it did no good at all in the large room, I moved it to a small bedroom. I closed the door. Figured it it worked well in the room, we would give to a relative who lives in a trailer. After an hour or more, I went in the room. It was not only warm but it was so sultry and smelly in the room, it was unbearable. We returned it.

🫤 meh
This cooler is a swamp cooler or evaporative cooler depending on how you describe them where you live. It does cool but not enough. I keep 2 gallons of water in fridge so it’s ready and cold when I pour it in. I also put 2 plastic bowls of water to make ice blocks that I just lay in the water port since the 2 packs it came with defrost quickly. The circulating water melts the ice blocks I made making water colder and refills water level as it melts. The lid closes as the ice melts so I know I can put more ice in again if I want to do so. The blower has 3 settings and you need to push power button twice to get the blower function to turn on. Water is poured into unit by lifting lid and pouring slowly. It helps bring down the temperature enough so I can sit outside to read etc…. Directions that came with it were good about putting wheels on if you needed them but other than that it was a lesson in logical thinking. I guess the manufacturer didn’t cross check the written directions or could not understand how to translate directions to English. All in all I decided to keep the cooler since the triple digit temperature was a hard task for the size and price. I have it on high and 1 or 2 feet away from me and it is good enough for a short time. If I do all the steps I relayed to you at the beginning of this review I stay comfortable for about 30 to 45 minutes depending on time of day. I’m in a semi enclosed area not fully closed and I’m certain that was a contributing factor to short cooling time. I suspect in a small and enclosed space using my method it would work much better. With just the ice packs provided that you add water to I think it would be good but not great. I am keeping it and as fall approaches I will update this review and say how it works in temperatures that are below 100*. Don’t buy unless you need a small portable cooler that blows directly on you and you live where the temperature isn’t triple digits.
