UPDATE (8-10-23):Since my last review I have had time to use the watch and I have to say I am rather disappointed. I wasn't relying on this to be 100% accurate with my blood pressure but I was hoping it would at least be close enough to give me an idea of where it was during the day. I have a cuff monitor at home and know that this is only a couple of numbers off from the readings at my doctor's office. The watch is waaay off and leading me to believe that my blood pressure is normal when I know that this is quite the opposite as I always read higher than normal.I could never get it to link to my contact list in my phone therefore I was not able to make a call. I did answer several calls but the quality was awful and the person on the other end couldn't understand what I was saying.Maybe you'll have a better experience with the watch than I had but I'm returning it and giving up my search for a smart watch for now.Old review:I haven’t actually used the newer model. I had the H56 and was really happy with it and the way it functions. My daughter wanted one so I purchased this model which is a step up from the H56 and gave her the H56. I’m fairly certain I’ll love this one as well. I will update this post and review in a few weeks.

Belle was wonderful to work with - prompt and helpful and helped me get a resolution quickly. The button on the watch had stopped working, so they sent me a replacement and were very cool about it.The watch itself: LOVE IT! It has all the features I need, it's exceptionally comfortable (I don't even realize I have it on). It stays charged for 5-8 days... and the BEST part is that it shows me the amount of charge on the main screen. (Currently it's at 40%) Answering calls is super easy... which is GREAT when I'm in the car so I don't have to fish the phone out of my jeans pocket... or working on something I don't have to pause what I'm doing - just tap the fitness band and talk. I've had Fitbits for years (Versa 2 was my last one) but they're several hundred dollars and don't have the features that this band has. Also, they've gone downhill since Google acquired them. Sad.Anyway, I'll buy FitVII again in the future - it meets my needs at a much lower price point.

Good size screen, BP monitor is not accurate, activity apps are useless, biking gives you no distance but calories burned and definitely not accurate, step counts was almost spot on, notifications flash too fast before you see what it is then you have to check phone or multiple swipes in watch to find and check. One customizable screen, limited to a picture, set time and date only. Battery life was decent. If they got rid of some of the clutter it would be an okay watch. It over promised and under performed. Answering calls was good but interfere with Android Auto so call does not go through car speakers, have to take call on phone, yet shows up on car infotainment, a disaster when driving. I had a another brand for years! And thought I'd just keep upgrading until I received poor customer service. So I thought I'd give a less expensive and unknown(to me) brand to chance. It's only been a free days and I'm loving it. My only dislike is the square shape. Looks a bit manly on my wrist but other than do fat do good.

just got the fitVII so I'm just learning how to use it. Will enter rating after I have a chance to know it better!

I wanted a watch that could keep track of my blood pressure, along with the time. I got soooo much more! It’s jammed packed with features! However, I am not that tech savvy, so many of them I don’t use. I absolutely love how you can change the face of the watch too. It’s a great watch and I am glad that I bought it.

Somewhat hard at first to understand the direcrions. Has to go ro yourube to get info. On how to change readings from km to mileage and Celsius to Fahrenheit.
