Reliable With Heaps Of Functionality
This is one tasty little device!First up, the oximeter relies on an internal rechargeable battery so needs plugging into a USB socket first thing. Full charge was attained in 150 mins, during which time a little blue icon skipped around the screen indicating charging status. Once this stops you're done. Please note that the device cannot be used during charging. The device is activated by sticking your finger in - it's that simple. Pop your finger out and it shuts down automatically. There are the usual options to set a bleep and hi/lo thresholds, the key setting being 'mode', which can be 'continuous' or 'spot check'. If you are going to carry this around in a pocket then the spot check mode is what you'll need. In this mode popping a finger in gives 30 secs of readings that are averaged and stored in one of 12 memories in circular fashion, and then you get a little summary message.First time round I was alerted to a possible irregular rhythm so I cross-checked with the CheckMe ECG monitor from the same manufacturer to find nothing out of the ordinary (see my review of this). A second spot check recording yielded a reassuring 'no irregularity found', so I shall suggest that the manufacturer needs to tweak the algorithm a little - it's a bit too sensitive. In continuous mode, and when linked to a smart phone running the free ViHealth app using Bluetooth, you get rather splendid graphical output of both oxygen saturation and heart rate in real time with more summary statistics than you can shake a stick at. I've never seen such detailed oximetry data before, and browsing through your history on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis is a breeze. You can also annotate these records, which I find useful.I've only had the device a few hours but I'm able to compare it with two other devices, one being a data logging unit the other being a basic but well-known market leader. All give very similar readings but the market leader tends to be a bit hit and miss in determining a pulse and oxygen level. In contrast this device settles into consistent readings after a few seconds, and this gives me more confidence.Data logging is something I'm keen on because I'm trying to monitor my oxygen levels as I fall asleep. Ideally this device would bung the data into memory to be retrieved later but this doesn't appear to be a feature. You can eyeball single figures for your last 12 sessions in terms of what are called 'stable readings' for oxygen level and heart rate (I presume these are averages) but you can't elect to upload these sessions to the app. Instead, you need to have your smart phone on for the duration and within Bluetooth range. A small niggle really.Considering these are selling at £37.99 you get a well-made and reliable device with heaps of functionality that puts them into the five star bracket for smart phone users, but I also rather like the spot check mode which will prove useful for those out and about and doing sporty things.

Good device, premium feel but then Bluetooth stopped connecting.
It started out well. Paired with my pixel phone and app. Functionality was good and readings consistent with my other oximeter and hospital one. Then, within 5 days it recorded and worked itself, but the Bluetooth stopped working totally. I unpaired and tried to repair.... And the indicator on the device just kept flashing. I went back to my battery one and sadly had to return. The app is great. I am recently recovering from a respiratory event and you can see the building back of my O2 sats especially over a month... Saturation climbs, number of drops, recovery from drops etc. it compares pulse, saturation and motion.... And strength of pulse, though as I understand it, this is not a primarily important thing to know.If the Bluetooth had not failed, I would have given 5/5. It's build quality is good and comparatively accurate. I'm contemplating taking a chance to buy again hoping it was that particular device. The app and little ecosystem is great... Actually found it better than omron in my opinion. Devices are good value if you are budgeting. For this reason giving this oximeter bad review score would be slightly misrepresentative of the brand. So in conclusion... I think it was just this device that I was unlucky with... If I take a chance with a replacement... I'll see because I liked it until it stopped working with my phone and tablet and recording my data was the deal breaker... Especially when it cost 3x more than a basic oximeter (which it essentially became without the BT)

Accurate if used correctly
Easy to connect to the ViHealth app via Bluetooth. Records both O2 and Pulse rate. Should be used while sitting or standing still and not moving the hand which the Oximeter is on. I did have a problem getting the device to automatically detect the finger in but this was due to my circulation being poor at the time and fingers being very cold. I tested the auto detect on someone with warm fingers and it worked immediately. The perfusion index (PI) included in displayed parameters, is useful for individuals with circulation problems. All in all a useful Oximeter for daily use and tracking and recording progress.

Vibeat Rechargeable Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter
Nice product, works well - is as accurate as my current go-to Oximeter which I checked the accuracy when I was in hospital, VERY happy with it. all good.

Works well
Connects up to app on iPhone without problem. Gives an average reading over the time it is on finger. I like the way it comes on automatically when I place my finger in the device.

App only works on a subscription
The meter works ok but the app that you download is very limited and does not save records you can if you subscribe which is a rip off I would send it back if I kept bloody box avoid the only app for it

Recommended!
I already have an O2 ring from wellue (a sister brand) for when Sleeping to compliment treatment for sleep disordered breathing. In spot mode, it's good for a quick 30 second assessment which stay visible until the device is turned off or finger removed.I personally have not been able to have the 30 second analysis details to sync up into the ViHealth application which a bit a shameDisplays the last 12 results in memory M1-M12 on device! In continuous modeYou are able to record any length subject to if the application is running and being connected with BluetoothCould do with items number of settings of the device itself able to do within the application as you have to go through holding the button downResults sync when a session finishedBeing Rechargeable is a bonus over those need to replace batteriesUSBC lead means it's less fuss compared to a Micro USB, you also can reuse a cable from elsewhere! An lanyard supplied that is a good length compared to my previous one that a non Bluetooth battery oneHighly Recommend!

Works well
I'm so happy I decided to purchase a rechargeable model. This model has been working very well. It delivers accurate readings. I've checked heart rate with both manual apical, carotid and wrist heart rates and they match pretty much spot on. The display is small, which is expected with a small device, but readab!e and I like the blue color of the readings. The app works well recording readings also. Its very easy to use. I like the the rhythm readout as well and alerts you to irregularities. It also has a beeping alert if the readings are too high or too low. I think it was a good value for the money. One charge lasts months for me. Granted I don't use it everyday, but it still holds a great charge. Its easy to charge and a chord is included. Ive owned this for about 6 months now. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Oximetro
A mio avviso è un buon prodotto. Affidabile nelle misurazioni. Avendone diversi in casa di altre marche mi sembra il migliore. Unica difficoltà è che non ci sono le istruzioni per fissare la data e l'ora. Se qualcuno può aiutarmi? Grazie

Soy médico y uso un pulsioxímetro a diario. Por fin uno que cargas como si fuera un móvil y no andas buscando pilas, gran hallazgo. Además preciso y bonito, buena compra.
