Whatever it’s suppose to do it did not.I took them religiously for 3 months like it said to see results and the only weight I got off was what I did for myself so go figure - haha I just wanted the last stubborn pounds to go off and it wasted money and no refunds even though its suppose to “return empty bottles and we’ll refund you that’s how confident we are.” Nope. They’re not. 👎👎

I would not recommend this to anyone. Because fo the glucose sugar in it. I have had a bad reaction to it. Not only did it raise my blood sugar significantly it also made me gain weight. Don't waste your money. Glucose syrup has corn in it so those that are allergic to corn be aware of that.

Been taking them for about 6 weeks, along with working out and eating better. Down 15 pounds. Is it all the gummies, probably not but who am I to judge?

These simply do nothing. I don't know why I fell for them. They do not taste bad at all, but then again, they are total snake oil. Just say NO.

Absolutely no appreciable effect on weight loss. As an ACV supplement they were fine. But, honestly, a teaspoon of ACV in water every morning is just as helpful and probably better for your teeth.
