I wanted a weighted vest I could wear while getting housework done and adjust the weight as I lost weight the 2lbs packs make it easy to increase as I go. I have been using it for 1 month. Still am really liking it.

It was made well. I was excited after opening it & examine the quality. Unfortunately it was too small & I couldn't zip it. Its made for a small famed person, perhaps someone who wears a medium shirt. However, my return was easy & I'm now searching for one that will fit me.

I’ve worn this vest for a few weeks now, and I have no complaints. I am new to using a weighted vest, and I love that this one has such a wide range of adjustment for size and weight. It’s very comfortable and easy to out in and take off

Being a 6'4", my first priority is always fit--"will this fit me?" I am pleased that this vest is very adjustable, as the shoulder straps and bottom wrap-around Velcro strap have a great deal of flexibility in sizing.This is my first weighted vest. When the vest arrived, I immediately hiked two miles in our hilly neighborhood with ten pounds of weight (5 bags) onboard. The vest felt pretty good and will likely "break-in" after more use.I was impressed at the quality packaging used to ship the vest. The inner box was very strong and designed to hold weight, while the outer box (custom fit) added to the package's integrity. The package arrived in perfect condition which always tells me something about the company making the product inside.Pros:-I like the way that one can customize the weights by adding 2 lbs. at a time. Just try to keep your load balanced front & rear.-The zipper, which a couple of reviewers complained about, seems adequate, while not great. The good thing is that even if the zipper becomes inoperable, one can still rely on the Velcro strap to secure the vest across the front.-Although I am not there yet, I like the fact that this vest can be washed.Cons: I was disappointed that the shoulders straps don't contain more padding. I am a bit thin with bony shoulders, so I just placed a foam rubber pad under each shoulder strap to start with.I think this vest is an excellent choice for those trying a weighted vest for the first time. You can begin with minimal weight and slowly build from there, the materials and construction seem to better than average, and the sizing is very flexible.

I bought this to make my evening walks do more. I am not a fitness buff and I only walk in the vest. It fits me well and i can feel a difference when I wear it. So far, I'm at 8 lbs. I love that I can add and remove weight as needed. It seems well made. The zipper isn't super robust, but I'm a little careful and so far it's holding up. I love the ease of the zipper. I am female, 5' 3" and fluffy. Many things are too long on me, but I was able to adjust this to sit comfortably.

I like it a lot it has the right amounts to start adding weight, but also not too hefty. It is smallish in size and looks really great. Super obvious when wearing under a sweatshirt.

I am starting off with 6 lbs. and working my way up to 18 lbs. Vest is comfortable to wear and I like its complete adjustability. Also really like that you zip it up and don’t have to put it over your head. People have stopped me on my walks and asked me about the vest and it looks like there will be more business coming your way!

I like that you can adjust the weights. Just remove the weighted bags and add them back as needed.

I do like this weight vest a lot. While it is infinitely adjustable to a variety of body shapes, I would say that it is best suited to people with smaller frames. I am 5 feet-six inches tall and it fits me almost perfectly, but if you were significantly bigger it may be tight when trying to do up the zipper. I'm guessing that it would also be a good choice for many women looking for something a little smaller and tighter fitting. Overall, the vest is very well made and sits comfortably under the circumstances. It took me a while to figure out how to get it on, and get it properly adjusted but then it fit nicely, including on the shoulders where all the weight rests. However, I still have trouble getting the torso straps into their rings when putting the vest on -- which can be frustrating, as you have to reach around each side while trying to grab the straps and thread them into the rings. But, once it's on, it stays in place and is quite stable. I've done a lot of hard walking with it on the treadmill -- I haven't tried running yet, but I expect it will be as good as can be expected when running with 10 to 20 pounds of extra weight. Despite the small drawbacks, I would buy this vest again for its solid construction, comfortable fit and ease of adding/deleting the weights.
