Good stuff

Reviews say doesn't work it does apply it and rub it in for two minutes at stated. Felt abit strange at first but after two days of thigh cramps this is absolutely amazing 💯🙌👌Didn't feel much from the cold gel but would definitely buy the hot gel. THIS IS NOT A CREAM A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY. Apply some then re apply and let the magic happen 👌💯

I was surprised at how good this product was.I initially went to the gym to do some light stretching and test the balm which I received today.I was surprised at how muscle warming it was and how long the warmth on my muscles lasted.It made stretching easier for me and I ended out working out and feeling impressed that the heat in my muscles from the balm had lasted and was effective for the whole hour long workout!Happy days!

I brought this after reading a few reviews in the hope that it might be a miracle cream for after my long runs. I’m not convinced that it has any pain killing properties as I feel the same whether I apply it or not. It’s a bit sticky and does take a bit of rubbing in but you also don’t need absolutely loads to cover and area so reasonable value for money. The smell is not so bad, a little menthol if anything and you get a very slightly tingling on application. I will continue with the rest of the tube in the hope that it’s doing some good.

The difference the day after a 4 hour bike ride between using and not using this rub is quite pronounced. I'd say it makes a significant difference to recovery and helps prevent muscle soreness.

Works quickly

Had to give this 5 stars! Very impressed. Tube says balm but it is more of a gel like consistency. A little goes a long way, it has a really pleasant smell which isn't overpowering at all. So definitely not like equivalents such as Deep Heat or Tiger Balm in that sense. The warmth given is superb and lasts long enough for a game of hockey, football, bike ride etc.

I did not mind the smell, but once it dried it made a flaky mess everywhere.

Habe mir das Gel für nach dem Wandern gekauft. Benutze sonst oft regulären Magnesiumspray, wollte aber gerne ein Gel, grad auch für unterwegs. Habe es schon mehrfach genutzt und es tut sehr gut nach der Anstrengung und lindert Muskelkater. Im Gegensatz zu reinem Magnesiumöl kribbelt es auch nicht so auf der Haut und riecht angenehm.
