I am using this for last two days, the experience is great. Some of my observations are below.1. Able to load songs from my windows 11 laptop2. Can Preset up to 30 radio station3. FM sound quality is good, as long as you get good signal4. Earphone is simple, but sound quality is good. Better when bass boost is kept off.5. Full battery charge in less than one hour6. Easy to use and compact.7. Display is also good and always show battery level which is helpful.8. And it goes well with my speaker :-)Overall, this is the best mp3 and FM player in this price range, I bought it for 3499 INR. If you want to listen to radio/mp3 and want to stay away from your mobile, then this is the one that you are looking for, I guarantee.Thanks !

Got the product and writing the review. The prodct feels good in hands. Earlier, I had used two Apple iPod shuffles and also one Sony MP3 player. Unfortunately, Apple has stopped iPod shuffles and so I had to go for Sony. Shuffle iPod is superior interns of light weight, compact design, rouge hardware and easy of use. No doubt sony sound quality is superior, but there are some features which could've been added.Pros:1. Bass and sound quality2. Hard and durable buttonsCons1. Plastic body - might not last long, may be 2-3 years. iPod lasted for more than 5 years though I used it very roughly and the last one got damaged because I used to make it fall unintentionally, several times. Though this seems sturdy too, but I'm having doubt about the durability2. Software is outdated. Come on, we are in 2018 but Sony is still using some 2010's software. User interface and navigation is poor and to select songs, we need to go through some folders.3. Making playlist and organising songs is quite difficult. Though sony mp3 has display, still it has very less usage as compared to iPod shuffle which doesn't have display but still you can memorize or track the song using voice over. Navigation is definitely a headache for this product.4. While it says 4 GB, it only allows 3.4GB to be used, 0.6GB for the small software? come on, sony need to do something.5. No clipping, another big disadvantage, aking me carry on my pockets, bah! However they have given provision to be used using a tag.Like everyone mentioned, the headphones given are quite ordinary. If you have other good quality ear phones (I've sony mdr and apple earpods) then you can enjoy the beauty of the music.I haven't checked how other companies mp3 players works, but, if they are too like this, then definitely we can go for Sony owing to the sound output. Output wise I'm satisfied, esp the bass. Design wise I'm not! 3.5/5 overall

Its a best profuct from sony with a great look and built quality is top of the line. It looks like a pen drive Even my modem looks bigger them it. It has a great sound and easy to carry espacially at gym or while running. I have been using this for almost 4 month did not find any type of defect in it. It is rather costly but make your money valuable. It is easy to use and the one thing i liked most is display it is quite small but good and Useful, volume up and down buttons are easy to use, the lock button is awesome. If anyone wanna buy a premium quilty mp3 player like this i would recommend it to him.

I purchased it to listen to music in solitude , which is not possible in mobile due to so many distractions.Audio response curve is linear , stock ear phones are good enough, you can upgrade if you like .Small display helps control the device better. Battery is sufficient, FM reception is a bit problematic ,Without extending the earphone wire completely it is not possible to tune to FM in stereo mode.

Here goes the pros and consPros- Build quality is good.- 15 hrs of playback (Company claims 20 hs)- Highly portable.- heavy on bassCons- Very Very Over Priced- Earphone is very very cheap quality. Sound is OK- No wow factor. I have tried may earphones and headphones (Smart phones above 8K gives more balanced output and even u can use it with music streaming apps)If you have smart phone above 8k range then its not recommended at all.

Sony is a brand u can go blindly for.. Its walkman is patent device which can deliver sound quality which other companies can oly dream for...(i 've tried ipod)About the player,its metallic finishing is just incredible and u feel like holding it all the time.. The headphones are not that stylish but trust me,when it comes to deliver music to ur ears,it can give competition to bose! Display is preety compact bt u can easily browse through folders u hav created and groove to it.. Coming to quality of sound,i heard "our soldiers" by blasterzaxx and boy u trust me,every beat touches ur heart. The bass boost gave an extra pump to every beat.. The max sound limit is 30 which is pretty loud and made for gym.. Bt at lower sound level too u could feel those bass nd treble..So dont think about it,just go for it.. U gonna love every part of it... Cheers...

I cant take this with me into areas with no internet and listen to music. It's small and lightweight unlike current phones, so I can just put it into my pockets. Hard to find mp3 players these days, so I'm glad I found this one

I've loved these little USB mp3 players for such a long time. I use them as a music teacher for backing tracks for the students to play over or some nice calming music at the end of the day. It is so nice to know that unlike a phone you won't get interrupted with messages. It takes a little time to find the settings and function buttons but once you know your way around it, the simplicity, small size and robust make really keep me using these players again and again. I love the easy USB charging and quick drag and drop from the computer too. I love it!

Battery life is enough for one day listening, that is circa 3-4 hours. Sound quality is great especially with those classic headphones. It's easy and fun to use, but I used to use other walkman back in 2007 with 512 mb memory and it was better, but anyway I am glad that Sony Walkman survives. Respectful and thankful for what you do.
