This item is not eligible for return. I wish I had known. I have had a Whirley pop poppy before. I thought this brand would be nicer. It’s the same as my $25 version. The gears on the handle do not line up and it doesn’t turn correctly. I wish I could request I replacement. But it doesn’t look like I can. So I am out $100. Disappointed.

Very poorly made! Do not purchase.
Didn’t even last one use, no refunds offered even for defective product. One of the cheapest things I’ve ever seen at a premium price. Avoid!
