They fixed my issue .
Haven’t even had it for a year before both batteries on two separate units died and no longer work but customer care quickly replaced them at no additional charge and now the work fine.

Im Abstand das Beste was es gibt. Ich betreibe es mit 18v Makita Akkus aus. Ist günstiger 5A 18V reichen für 45min auf 100% passt super.
