Great for people who work on computers!
I got this to help my posture as I sit at a computer most of the day and the rest of my day is spent looking at my phone. As a result I have started to develop the “tech hunch” and really don’t like it. The first day I used this I noticed a difference and loved that it kept me upright are more aware of how I need to be standing. The first time you put it on it needs to be adjusted and a helping hand is great to get it set. After the initial adjustment it is easy to slip on and off over your head sorta like putting a hoodie on. I wear it maybe 3-4 times a week and I feel like I am getting in a habit of standing more upright which is GREAT! I would recommend this to anyone who looks down a lot and is starting to get an unnatural hunch.

I love this product
I love this product. I bought this because my girlfriend had upper bad problems due to rounded shoulders. After a month or two of wearing the corrector her back pain went away. I would buy this for anyone with a similar situation.

It's Okay.
This brace does help with upper back pain. I don't like that it shows around the neck. I only use it when I am wearing tops that cover the back of my neck which means that I won't be wearing it during the summer. It is also a bit uncomfortable but, I suppose all posture correctors are uncomfortable until you get used to them.

Amazing relief
As a publisher i spend 90% of my time hunched over a laptop reading manuscripts. This posture corrector has helped take so much stress off of my neck and shoulders it has made my life so much more comfortable.
