I do recommend this for people who do not have any blood ...
Used this long ago. I actually used it for some numerous months and did give me the result I wanted. However, when my hypertension scaled up (age and hereditary) then I had to give this up.I do recommend this for people who do not have any blood pressure issues. You do need to do some exercising too though (and I'm sure every single person should know that) because nothing beats physical activity in maintaining weight, health and sanity!

I purchased the capsules for my wife who was on a diet, and she said they helped her lose weight.

Don't waste your money
I have to say I was a bit sceptical about these when i bought them and I was right to be as they aren't great. Didn't suppress my appetite or assist with any weight loss even with a calorie controlled diet. Disappointed

Brought these for my mum, she was affected by this tablet. She started vomiting and her eyes started to turn red and once she stood up she was weak. Not recommend this product.
