Got my package in 3 days. My family members love them so far everything is good I will keep buying more in the future.Very happy with the product and it was easy to update the software.

What's wonderful I have no issues with it I had to link up a wireless keyboard which will be the most ideal thing to do listen to price you can't beat it

I would rate it as a 5 star for the nice interface layout and the Box speed. I would rate it a 3 star for the installed apps, they are crap, I uninstalled everything but chrome and the playstore, installed my own kodi 17.6 from a apk file. installed the addons from the add a source, works perfect. memory usage is 20% lower after the uninstalled junk and my installed programs. Also with 7.1 android you can easy make your Micro SD card part of the internal memory for huge amount of storage but then its tied to the device and can not be removed, as its now secured to this device. interesting to get a memory card to work you have to format as part of the android 7.1 system as internal drive, then anything will download to the SD card then once you format the SD card for internal storage only. The Ethernet is very fast, the wifi is sluggish, but no worse than any other of these boxes. Seems none of these work very good out of the box, just glad I can tinker on them and get them up to speed and working very good, takes about an hour to 90min. of uninstalling and installing to get these boxes just right, this is my 5th box I have done this 2, all different makes and OS system of 5.1 and now 7.12.

Great product

So my brand new box just arrived. Set everything up and took it for a spin. Its a lil sluggish when navigating it Hesitates frequently which is annoying. Remote works fine. Ir blaster not built in so they included an ir cable to connect to the box. The purpose of buying this was so i can play emulators. Downloaded everthing i need and all works fine EXCEPT THE USB PORTS!! I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THE USB PORTS TO WORK. I TRIED DIFFERENT CABLES, TRIED A THUMB DRIVE, TRIED CONTROLLERS AND NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. I CANT PLAY MY GAMES AND THIS WAD THE ONLY REASON I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT. not sure how to contact customer service at this point. It will be returned ASAP.

Great price wish it had a newer android version

i have had this over 4 months now. It is not what i expected. I cannot download facebook and other things. Please dont buy.

Awesome little box that was easy to figure out and I was also able to use my Bluetooth mini keyboard.
