Brilliant
Got both my teenage daughters one each for Christmas 2018, they were very good condition, hardly a mark on them. They work better than a brand new laptop. Very good value for money, highly recommend.

Happy! Finally have a MacBook
Received today and so far so good. I'm not a tech whizz but not behind the door either. It's light, quick and does exactly as I want. The battery is fine, I have no complaint at the mo, but if I did I have a year to return. Comes with the cable.I bought it to do some elearning, and not have to wait a million years to boot up when I get in on a night to do some studying. Quick, and efficient and apple. No complaints and perfect price.

Fantastic Buy
So pleased - it is nice and tidy, no scratches, dents or signs of wear at all - fantastic. Once set up, it has been great to use and I am really really happy with it. I could never afford a new one but this is like new anyway so I have the best of both worlds.

Very disappointed !!!
To start with, this IS NOT a refurbished laptop but just an old used and second hand one! The imperfections and dirt due to use were obvious.Received the laptop with just a charger and nothing else in a bubble plastic bag.The charger does not stick or work properly and I have to keep holding the connector in different positions to get some power or battery charging for a few minutes.I managed to charge the battery to about 90% after about one day, which lasted about an hour.Now I tried everything to connect to the main or charge the laptop but nothing happening. Also the power button was not responding all the time and I needed to keep switching on to get something.Now, I had to order a new charger! I Will give it another try, if no improvement I will have no choice but to return this product.
