This is fantastic. We have A LOT of chlorine in our water where we live. I have had a filter showerhead for over a year but nothing for the bath until now. I'm so pleased to be able to have a bath and not come out with red, itchy skin! I would highly recommend this.

Makes the water really soft, which suggests that it works (especially as I live in London, where the water is pretty hard). My skin feels nice and soft too after using it. It doesn't come with any instructions though and so it's not clear how long you leave it in the bath - I take it out before I get in - or how to store it to keep it working well. That's why I only gave it three stars.

I bought this to try and stop my family getting red and itchy skin in the bath.And I'm delighted to say that this product does that very successfully - no more red and itchy skin!You just put it in the bath while it is running. Swish it about a bit when the bath is run, and that's it.I don't know what is the reason for its success - whether it is removing chlorine, absorbing something else in the water, or just softening the water - but it does work. (The bath water definitely feels softer - it is more difficult to wash the soap off your hands.)We've only had it a few weeks, so can't yet say how long it lasts for, and hence whether it represents value for money.

I have an allergy to chlorine so this is perfect for when I have a bath. The water is so soft in comparison to my normal tap water.

Came quickly and seems to be helping with how much bathing impacts my son’s eczema.
