Was unable to find the LEGOS ship (out of stock everywhere) requested by a young relative. It is hoped he will like this ship building kit as well as LEGOS the LEGOS lot.

It is surprising how many things can be built with this set (it is really several sets in one). I like the fact that it bis shipped in a storage tub with a handle. Much more practical than a box which would not hold up long. This set will provide many hours of assembly and re-use.

This has kept my kiddo occupied for a while! He’s very impressed with the structure and look. It has a ton of support pieces and the actual battleship is very sturdy. It has taken him a while to complete, but it’s something that he’s going to keep in one piece and looks good as part of his build displays. I will say that the little weapons are cool additions but there are sooo many and it can get overwhelming if it’s hard to keep on top of keeping all the pieces together. I love that it comes in a reusable bin. This came in very handy as it took him several sessions to complete. Oh, and there were a couple of common pieces that were missing. Fortunately we were able to find replacements from other builds. It’s always disappointing when that happens but much more of a problem if the pieces are unique. Overall recommend!

My 11 year old is pretty good with following instructions on Legos and other brands in completing a build. However, this particular set was not visually clear in its step by step instructions. We wind up sending it back.

Although all builds this size cause a few moments of wanting to throw things, if the turn out alright, like this one did, I say go ahead and build this. You will be happy you did.

This arrived in a plastic round tub with a lid that can be used to build the set on and keep it in place while building. Nice addition! The bricks were in numbered bags. There were multiple instruction sheets - all easy to read and follow (they are for the different pieces of the set). The pieces snapped together easily and smoothly. There were no flawed bricks. Also, there are some pieces (airplanes) that are like models - they are all on plastic tubing to be snapped off and used to stage the scene. Great set for kids of all ages. Easy to build. I highly recommend.

Makes a great gift. Comes in a large bucket. I haven't opened yet. Will update.
