This is great product I would recommend getting it but it arrived a week late for me.

I bought this for my girlfriend, she really loved it. It's pretty good quality and a great price. She was also very excited about the design, she is always showing it off to her friends. Great buy!

Pendant and chain order... it took THREE WEEKS to ship the pendant - website claimed 2-3 days. During the wait, there were endless promises of “shipping the pendant tomorrow” Then I got the pendant. No Chain. And the quality of the pendant is abysmal. It is poorly sanded and scratchy, the finish is poorly done, and the mechanism doesn’t work well. She finally refunded the chain after more than a week, but I have now spent nearly a full month (June 8 - July 7) trying to get a refund from this fraudster - or the replacement she guaranteed she would send right away. After more than 20 emails and nothing more than changing stories and lies, I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. TL/DR: Crap product if you ever get it... and good luck getting a refund.

Great product! My girlfriend always talked about getting the necklace from The Illusionist so I finally got her it and she loved it. Shipping was excellent. Came two days earlier than expected, and it came in a nice little white bag. Good quality, I can tell it's going to last long.Two things though. First off it's not a locket. You can't open it and put a picture inside. Second off, it's just a pendant. No chain or string or anything like that.Overall it's an amazing product for an even better price. You can't go wrong with this item.

Order this for my wife for our 5th wedding anniversary which happens to be wood as a gift . It was the perfect thing, not only was it gift appropriate ( wood) but she was pleasantly surprised by the novelty of it turning in a heart shape with a twist.
