out of the box its new, but whe i start using it only for 5min of playing the battery starts to run out ao fast idk why, i fully charge it for several hours and atill the same you can monitor it on the sound peats app you will see the batter starts 100 sveral min it jumps to 50 20% then power off how is that? please .. make sure your items are in good quality idk if im the only one has received with an issue like this, i need a replacement

I purchased these Bluetooth earphones with high hopes, but unfortunately, I am quite disappointed. The right earbud doesn’t charge at all. I didn’t realize this issue immediately, and by the time I did, the return window had already closed. Now I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work as advertised. I expected better quality and support from this brand. Save your money and look elsewhere.
