Arrived faulty but easy returns and resolution
This is the second time I have purchased this product from this seller. First one is only two or three years old and already started failing. It's the kitchen kettle point so does see a lot of action to be fair!Right-hand switch would not "switch" into the "on" position on this new one, so processed a return.Returns and refund was processed swiftly and without any hassle - the Royal Mail collection service is brilliant.Unfortunate, but that's life I guess - I will order another one very soon as I still need to fix my original problem and having been happy with the seller's "no hassle" returns, I see no reason to hold it against them.
