They seem good. Too early to tell if they're very effective in terms of my health, though. I will say, the pills are pretty big, so some may find them difficult to swallow. And (sorry, TMI) your urine may come out neon yellow! Maybe I got too high a dosage? I'm not sure.

This product is ideal for those on a financial budget. Other brands are charging more, give only 90 tablets and at 50mg per tablet. Best Naturals appealed to be because they are selling at a cheaper price, giving 180 capsules and at 100mg per tablet.I cannot confirm for a fact what a difference this brand is making to my body and energy levels. Previous brand I was using, I could tell something was happening. When I passed urine - the colour be bright lime and Best Naturals the colour be a murky orange. I'm not medical person, so I do not know factually if this is a positive or negative in terms of getting rid of toxins or if it is just colour dye of some kind.

I use it to avoid migraines and it has been working well until now. When I stopped taking for while I could feel a slight headache coming so I started taking it again. If you have the same problem as me you can take up to 3 pills per day after eating. I usually take one or two when I don't feel like I am having a headache. But if I have a stressing day (trigger of my migraines) I take the 3 pills divided through the day. My pee is a funny yellow colour after I take it as way of the body to expel the excess of vitamin B2. So make sure you drink lots of water to maintain the body working well with the vitamins

I had no problem swallowing these.I bought these to, hopefully, help relieve migraines. Not taken them long enough to see any result yet. Keeping fingers crossed.

I bought these as they were cheaper & 180 tablets .Unfortunatly they are very big and round in shape so get stuck in my throat ,if they'ed been lozene shape there would not have been a problem.I've been taking Vit B2 for several year to prevent Thunderclap Headaches & Migraines as advised by my Consultant
