It was easy to install but I put it in upside down. No problem, I merely turned it around correctly. The trick is to just slide the camera into the holder and don't tighten it down until you have the right side up. The trunk open angle on my Taurus was high enough that the camera stayed in until I got it right. It all took about 20 minutes. Make sure you have torx wrenches. The picture is excellent, in fact I think it's better than Ford's camera. The picture is crystal clear, the view seems to be bigger than Ford's and the lines are straight! Hope you have as good an experience as I did. I would recommend this camera without hesitation, and I Love getting a good price on an excellent product.

Easy to install, took about 15-20 min, camera a lot more clear than the factory. I like it, the lines don’t turn like the OEM but for $28 vs $400 I think I can live without it lol.

2013 Ford TaurusThe camera works great. My previous camera had a foggy lens. This device provides a clear image.The limitation (not indicated in the description) is that it lacks the collision warning boxes that the OEM camera provides. Those indicators are handy for knowing which part of the car is closest to objects in view. It's not a deal-breaker though. I just wish the description indicated its limitations.

This camera is great it has a great picture of what is behind you. It is clear picture on the inside screen. It was easy to install, I only have one arm and I installed the Camera it about 15 minutes. And it was 500 dollars cheaper than the Ford dealership. It’s only been on my car for a week but I figured if it’s lasts for a year or two , I can buy many more before I reach what ford would sell me for 1 camera .I love it and would buy again, but hopefully I will not have to buy another.So I say to all of you buy the camera it will fit and work perfectly

This is my second try at a replacement camera and both cameras have alignment issues with the built in back up lines.

My camera went out completely. Replaced it and it is very clear and bright at night. Easy install and perfect fit.

My FIL was going to be charged $800. By the dealership. It arrived quickly and took 10 minutes to put in and it works perfectly. Great product and price
