Got 1 full night (7.5h) with all CPAP settings on
I spent a bunch of time looking at different batteries for a camping trip. All of them are rated by CPAP usage with all settings off, but I can't sleep with dry cold air. This one has 24v native output (same as my CPAP requires), comes with the correct power cord to directly connect the CPAP (it burns 2x power to convert from DC -> AC -> DC again), and the 300wh battery lasted for 7.5 hours of sleep with my humidifier at 7/10 and the heated tube at 85F (and airplane mode on). It's built like a tank, it comes with a great little carrying case that is also built like a tank, and it's compact enough (about the same size as my CPAP, and weighs ~7 lbs) to be convenient. It also has a wireless phone charging plate on top if you want that, but I'm saving all the power for the CPAP so I don't get woken up in the middle of the night.I just bought it, so we'll see how the longevity goes, but so far this thing is perfect and worth the money. I'll update if it fails. Amazon wanted $100 to insure the item (didn't buy it) which has me worried... 30% of the price in order to guarantee it for a year? The only reason I can think of to do that is if they fail a lot. Fingers crossed that isn't true!

Finally, a properly designed CPAP backup power supply
I live in the Northeast Georgia mountains and we are constantly having power interruptions, anywhere from 2 minutes to 12 hours. I have been using CPAP machines for over 30 years, and it gets to be so frustrating when power goes out while I am sleeping. I cannot sleep without my CPAP. Until recently, I have not found any inexpensive way to solve my dilemma. I am now using a DreamStation-2 CPAP machine which draws 6.6 amps with heater hose and humidifier. I tried one of the more expensive battery backup units, but it would not even provide enough ump to start my DreamStation-2---But, to its defense it states that maximum output was 5 amps at 12 volts. I returned said battery backup unit and purchased the ES960 EASYLONGER battery backup unit. It specifically states that it could power the DreamStation-2 unit. Upon delivery, the first thing I did was charge the unit to full capacity (it came with 80% charge). Then that night, I tried the unit with heated hose and humidity on. The unit lasted 6 hours. Actually, I was not disappointed with that result. Then the next night, again with the unit fully charged, I turned off the humidity and heated hose on my CPAP and to my surprise…the next morning, the battery unit still showed a fully charge battery supply---indicating to me that I could possibly get 3-4 more days on the same charge. 2nd night still on the un-recharged battery pack and it is now showing 3 out of 4 bars of charge remaining. Third night complete on the one battery charge of the unit and the Battery status is showing 2 out of 4 bars. I have used my CPAP for three nights so far on just one charge of the ES960 EASYLONGER battery backup unit and it is showing 2 out of 4 bars. For me, that is incredible.I might also mention that this unit works while its charger is plugged in…and when power to it is removed, it does not miss a beat and the CPAP begins drawing form the battery only---wild, what a concept.

3 nights in the boonies and it worked wonderfully!
i purchased this to use with my AirSense 10 while camping. 3 nights in the boonies and it worked wonderfully!i did a little research prior to use and i also purchased the easylonger 12v/24v car adapter/charger because i read it helped consume less power allowing the backup battery to last longer.found here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BYP14LKX?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titlei also purchased the side cover for my airsense 10 so that i could use it without the humidifier chamber because the humidifier consumes more power.lastly, i purchased the easylonger solar panel to recharge if i ran out of juice but i never needed it, so we used it to charger other things.all in all i couldn't be happier with this purchase. i highly recommend it!that being said- the instructions that came with it weren't that great - i ended up watching youtube videos from other users to make i was i was doing it correctly.
