Excellent Price and easy to install.
I went to a local certified VW Mechanic, not a dealership or service center, who read the computer codes for free and told me what the exact problem was when my 2014 VW Tiguan started having a dashboard full of warning lights intermittently being displayed upon startup. He told me specifically which sensor was bad (right front ABS), gave me the part number, and even looked it up her on Amazon and showed me this is what I needed to order! If this is happening to you, the problem is determining which ABS Sensor is failing/has failed. Need to take it to a mechanic who can read the codes and tell you exactly which sensor is needed. The readers at AutoZone nor Advanced Auto will tell you specifically which sensor is bad. VW Service will charge a lot of money to "diagnose" (read the code) and then tell you which sensor is bad. VW Price for their ABS Sensor is around $135 USD. These sensors are a bargain at this price and very easy to install. Works as expected. NOTE: You will need a STAR Socket or Driver, it is NOT a standard nor metric allen wrench, to remove and install.

Works Great on 2012 VW Beetle
I replaced a front ABS sensor on a 2012 VW Beetle with this product and it worked great. Seems like this is a common problem with VWs. Just jack the car, take off front tire, unhook sensor, unscrew one screw and replace with the new sensor. Worked like a charm. I believe you need to go into the ECM afterwards to eliminate the error notice. I had tried other aftermarket sensors that did not work. This Autex worked great. By the way, VW wanted $235 for the same OEM part. Saved myself hundreds of dollars, took less than 30 minutes.

Good quality, good price, compatible with 2010 Tiguan
For a 2010 Tiguan this is the sensor to buy. It looks like it only comes in pairs so you will either swap both and have two new sensors or keep a spare one. But I bought another one that supposedly was compatible and it wasn’t. The oem was 50+ the diagnostics at the dealer 119 and I don’t even know labor. So for 20 bucks you can’t go wrong with this if you see you Tiguan dash light up like a Christmas tree buy this.

Fantastic.
Worked just as new once installed. Only my drivers side failed but replaced my drivers at the same time. I had ABS and traction control lights coming on and off randomly. Fixed once installed. Not sure how long they will last. Stock ones lasted until 137k miles. If you want to know how to install them, looked at YouTube videos. Super easy to install. Just twist and pull. Be careful not to break them when pullling. Heat cycles makes them want to crack when pulling.

Saved me time and money gave me back my antilock brakes
My 2012 VW EOS was having problems with the antilock brakes and automatic hill hold. My OBDEleven diagnostics tool pointed me to intermittent wheel speed data coming from the front passenger wheel. The price of these wheel sensors made it a no-brainer to try to fix it by replacing the sensor myself. The replacement took maybe 20 minutes. It was my first time removing a wheel from a car that did not have studs in the wheel hub, so it took extra time to land the wheel back up. The original sensor had corrosion on it. It’s been two months and the problem has not come back. Three wheel sensors are factory and one is this replacement, and there does not seem to be any compatibility or interoperability issues from mixing them.

great product. identical to the VW oem part with the extra 100.00 each mark up. i replaced both when installing new wheel bearings. old sensors were so rusted it. once i cleaned the rust out of the holes these slid right in with some copper anti seize in case i need to do this again in the future.

These are 100% replacements for the OEM front left and right sensors. I know some of the 'clone' parts sometimes don't work, but no issues with the pair I got. A LOT better price than the 'official' VWAG ones!
