when I first got the drone it was a struggle. the app wasn't very user friendly, but once I got the hang of that, flying and getting it to do what I wanted was a breeze. only real draw back is the battery life and noise levels. Each battery got me no more than 15-20 mins of flight time, and each one required hours to charge back up. so on any given day I could get at most 30 to maybe 40 mins of flying and practice before I had to stop. this felt like a tease each day after work, and I even considered buying more batteries. As for the noise, this was mostly an issue in closed spaces. Outdoor flying was OK

The videos made by the manufacturer of this product is misleading. Indeed it stays in place and when pushed it will resume its initial position, SO WHAT? The app to control the drone does not work. After spending valuable (long) time on hold to get a hold of support, their representative was less than knowledgeable about their product and after 3 min, I was told that this product is not for me.The idea is fantastic but the drone does not work. as an intimidate drone user here are my issues, please note that I am using an Iphone 7+:1- Connecting to the drone's WiFi is painful. No documentation on the site. Had to turn off Cellular data and turn on Airplane mode. But after connecting is Airplane mode was turned back on, the device would lose connectivity2- Keeping in the Airplane mode so I could test and try it- yes it flies, but the battery life at best is 5.48 min. and it take an hour (little less) to recharge the batteries.3- Face recognition is terrible.I am sending this item back and hope they improve it and maybe I will reconsider. As of now its just a useless expensive TOY1-

Let's get the terrible out of the way: The app isn't supported by the latest Android phones that have been purchased or updated summer 2018. This means you cannot connect to the drone reliably. After no response from the manufacturer, it is clear that this is just a brick with fans.The awesome: When the app does connect with the drone, it is a fantastic piece of machine. Almost magical. The features are true to its marketing and I am constantly in awe at how well it performs. This isn't your standard fly around the park drone. This is a selfie-drone that's made to fly, track and hover close to the operator. Plus, in the United States, since it is under .55 lb, you do not need to register with the FAA. The extra battery pack with the deluxe package is very handy since flight time is only about 10 minutes -- more than enough for the average user.Overall, the amazing hardware of the drone is diminished by a terrible, outdated, unsupported mobile app. Look elsewhere because even if you contact the company, you don't get a response. After more than a week, I'm still waiting for them. In the meantime, I'll just let the drone collect dust in a corner.

Was very excited to get it. Upon arrival I loved how organized it was packaged and good it looked. However the batteries will not charge. I spent hours trying to charge and look up why they were not charging. Found several posts saying there was a rubber cover on the "business" end of the charger. Was no such cover on any end of my charger. Then a post, from the company, stating that the blinking yellow means the batteries are bad. I have reached out to customer service from the actual company, they're very hard to actually contact, but they keep giving me the run around saying it's one battery switch what side of the charger you plug into exc... Then told me it's the charger itself. I sent them a video of the issue and proof I bought the product and they have not responded to my emails since. Giving them a few more days but will probably send back for a refund. Very disappointed.

Says Brand New, but after opening, looks like someone had been in there before me. Missing the carrying case that was an extra $50.00. Had to be switched because this is from the regular box one (FOAM), NOT the Deluxe that I paid dearly for. Batteries won't hold a charge more than a few minutes. Seems to fly ok, but only about 3-5 minutes, and it's down saying charge batteries. Wow ! Not Happy. $300+ Dollars of you know what. GOING BACK !

came broken, gamble error. replacement work better. works so-so when it's windy. best for indoor ?!
