Haven't mastered all the functions yet, but for what I bought it for, it works well. I use it for maps, music, and phone. Battery last for several hours. Blue tooth distance less than advertised.

This is a great product and can be used with media files like music, podcasts, audio books ... but there if you have a large head, it is just simply too tight and there is nothing that you can do to make it bigger except for the small extension built into the head piece. I have heard this from others that have used the BlueParrot. I've also tried the B350 and it was the same, but the 450 is worse. If you've got a small head, you'll love it.
