I got this for my wife and she's really happy with it. We were initially worried about it "burning" or doing damage to her skin, however, after reading and following the directions, we have had no issues so far.It came well-packaged and nothing was missing. The directions were easy to follow and the use was also straightforward.She didn't have thick dense hair to start with so that might affect the end result. We have been taking notes to track the progress, and so far, there seems to be a reduction of hair growth. It's pretty amazing as we didn't really know what to expect. The direction says that we have a couple more months to go, but if the results are headed in the same direction, she should be completely smooth by the end.

I have had professional laser hair removal so that is what I am comparing my experience to. Obviously a consumer can’t have access to something of that strength so this product is limited for me.I think this is a good product for people in the maintenance mode after the completion of professional sessions. With that said, if you are attempting to use this on a place with a lot of hair, you will be let down. I have been using it on my armpits that have already had about 3 pro treatments to help finish them in a cheaper way. Another consideration is that if you are looking to do a larger area like legs, forget it. The laser “screen” is so tiny, it would take forever.With that said, I can see a small difference and I’ve been using on my arm pit, bikini line and chin. But I see a better result when using a day after shaving. I can feel the little sting that lets me know it’s hitting the root. I don’t, however, see the follicle come out with the hair like you would with a professional session so I’m not entirely convinced this is “permanent” solution.

cool product but you need sooooooo many more treatments than what they describe even if you stay on schedule with it

I tried the product a few days ago for the first time. It has a sleek look to it and is very easy to handle. I also found it incredibly easy to use. This product is painless. I was really happy with how user friendly it was. I’ll be using it a couple of more times. I’m really excited with the outcome so far.

I heard so many good reviews about this item from friends wanted to try it out… tired of waxing but sadly when I received the box today ig the main part of this item was missing probably have to return and buy again \ soon🙂😓
