I don't consider supplements containing sugar in them as Keto. You may have different standards but take heed that they do have sugar in them before you buy. The taste was good although they were somewhat stuck together and had to be separated to consume.

They taste good- disguises the ACV taste. I’m going to just mix my ACV in water from now on.
