Where can I get more paper for this?

I ordered a 150 pack of papers on amazon which work well the trays are also ideal for 8.5 x 11" paper of any sorts, which you can get non bleached from most craft stores in this size. I have seen people use coco coir which is made from coconut husks. Finally if you grow larger seeds, like sunflower or peas, you can use it without any paper

are the holes small enough to hold barley seeds

I don't use the paper or a paper towel for barley or wheat grass seeds. The seeds are large enough that they don't slip through.

Can someone tell me if the mesh tray will hold very small seeds such as radish and alalpha ? This mesh looks very large and most likely will not work

Comes with sheets of paper. Put paper on mesh tray. Sprinkle your small seeds ( not too tightly as they stick together when wet). Use a spray bottle and spray the seeds. Make sure paper is damp. You can also use untreated paper towel.

So do you have to sprout the wheat berries the old fashioned way first like in a mason jar or does sprouting happen in the trays?

I don't pre-soak the smaller seeds like broccoli, radish, red clover etc but I do pre-soak the hard winter berries and barley.
