Beautiful laptop, bad hard drive
It's a beautiful laptop. It powered up, did a little test and said there was a failing component. I never got any farther with it than to picture I attached. I see another reviewer had the same experience. I did an Amazon chat, nice guy, he asked some questions, connected me to Dell and the guy there said the laptop has a bad hard drive based on the error code I gave him from the screen. Disappointing that I don't have a new laptop to play with, but the service was good, I'll get a refund and the laptop is already packed up and in my car.A couple of words about us rural customers and returns. In order to get this package to UPS, I will need to drive 45 miles, one way. I was just to that town yesterday. I try to only go about every two weeks due to the cost of gas, but I guess I will go again next week so I can get my refund. There is no UPS drop off center in my little town. I could have UPS pick up the package but that isn't a free return. UPS charges for pick up. Amazon needs a system for returns that doesn't penalize rural customers. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

Great Ultrabook at a Great Price
Quite a bargain; I wanted this, the slightly older model, for the longer battery life. What a deal to get it in Rose Gold at this price. This is consitently rated one of the very best Windows ultrabooks. Still seems a tad heavy to me, but it works great and I can now hold my own with all the Mac PowerBooks in my business meetings.

Bad online shopping experience
Can not get through system setup and system reports hard drive critical issue. I just got it today but could not use it directly, very disappointed!!
