A very nice, modern phone
A very good and stylish handset. Works perfectly well, you may choose from among six different rather pleasant-sounding ringtones, you may also adjust the ringing volume and your interlocutor is perfectly audible (you can hear clearly and loudly).The one suggestion that I would have for the manufacturer is that because the small rechargeable battery that needs to be plugged into the receiver needs charging overnight and you never know how long these things live for, even rechargeable, a spare one would be appreciated; either inside the original box or to have an option to purchase separately when needed.

Great solid phone stylish too
Great solid phone stylish too! Shame about lack of interesting choices of ring tones and volume could be higher, and where do you get a spare battery from they should include another one, to turn backlight on you hold the red end call button in for few seconds to turn it on!! Found out by fiddling.

A little quiet
I really like the look of this phone, the only criticism I have is it's a little on the quiet side when you are listening to the caller. I am not elderly or hard of hearing by the way. I usually put it on speaker phone when I answer it and it's fine like that.

I purchased this and was at first happy with my order. However, after two months it refused to charge and I could no longer use it. Despite contacting Amazon and seller several times, I have had no response.Avoid this item if you want a phone to work longer than 3 months!!!!

it was like this back in August - then it suddenly worked ...
My phone hasn't worked for 3 weeks, it was like this back in August - then it suddenly worked again. The base unit just lights up to let you know you have messages, but the handset is totally dead so you cannot retrieve them or make calls.
