It’s a lovely looking cafetière and well made - stainless steel throughout - with a spare filter. It has measurements inside so that you can fill up to the amount of cups you want without having to guess which is helpful and it’s also very easy to clean. However this is where the but comes in … the first cups of coffee were great, nice and hot. Three quarters of an hour later went to get a refill and the coffee was tepid and needed to be reheated. This is a real disappointment. It is true that it does keep the coffee hotter than a glass one but still not good enough really. If you are after something that looks good on your worktop or dining table then this works but if you want something that keeps the coffee warm for longer then go for something else. There are cheaper ones that would probably do the job just as well. I would have given 5 stars but for this.

Having broken several glass cafetieres over the years I decided on this cafetiere. I really like it because all parts are stainless steel. There are measuring lines inside. There is an arrow on top so you know it is in correct position for pouring. I also love that all packaging was environmental (cardboard and tissue paper).

Absolutely delighted! Easy to clean and looks brilliant on my side kitchen unit. The steel finish matches all appliances in my kitchen. It’s smart and stylish and I keep the coffee even hotter Bt putting a beautiful cozy over the top. Coffee is hot for an hour... so pleased and especially since this is a start up company I received a welcome email which made the whole purchased rather special. I recently bought a 720 DGREE French Press coffee pot as my long lasting glass pot gave up.I am very happy with my purchase particularly with its classy appearance and easy clean qualities. A quick swill under the hot tap and its done, all ready for the next time.The pot keeps the coffee hot for as long as I need it and you can make as much or as little as you like. Very happy and would recommend this purchase very highly.

The metal on the outside gets hot so the contents loses heat quite rapidly in about 30 minutes.The finish is rough The plunger scrapes against the lid and the sides.It is a pleasant shape and the handle is sturdy and it pours well

I bought this as my wife keeps smashing our other coffee making devices. In the last 4 years she has broken 3 French press's and two Chemex. The nail in the coffin was after she broke our brand new Chemex of only two weeks, so I decided to get industrial with it and purchased this. It's strange because she's normally not very clumsy, obviously she's tired and needs the coffee to wake up!Anyway, this has been fantastic - it's robust, looks great and keeps the Coffee warm, very pleased with it!

Good size (3 large takeaway cups, probably 4/5 normal mugs). Well made in that it looks very good externally, but you can tell the quality in the finish internally too. Further, the fit of the plunger is tight and does the job of stopping loose coffee grounds better than most. Haven’t had it long so will wait to see how it holds up, but for £30 I’ve struggled to get anything of this size and quality that isn’t glass and therefore breakable. Recommended.
