I heard about mouth tape from my sister in law. She said her dentist recommended she try it. Her and I both have TMJ and I have been snoring lately and was getting to the point that I was clenching even with my regular appliance so I thought I’d try it. I found this brand on Amazon and so far I’m loving it. I am not a mouth breather so wearing this did not bother me. My jaw was relaxed and because my mouth stayed shut, my snoring has stopped to at night! I am not clenching or grinding either. The tape is sticky enough to stay on all night but not too sticky that it hurts to pull off. Really glad I found this!

My doctor had expressed that I should tape my mouth at night, that it helps with getting a more restful sleep. I decided to give these mouth tapes a try. They are in an X shape and I just placed over my mouth before bed. The adhesive was strong enough to keep my mouth closed but did not cause any skin issues (and I have very sensitive skin). With the "X" shape it still allowed for the sides of my mouth to use a straw and I did not feel claustrophobic with it on. Very comfortable. I love that you get so many in this pack too. Highly recommend if you are looking to try mouth tapping and want to get the best quality product inexpensively!

As stupid as this sounds - it is worth trying.I have a friend who is an actual sleep doctor and said this is a real thing -so I tried it, and it actually seems very helpful. this tape works well and does not irritate my skin ( but I do put tape on my shirt first so it is not so sticky).-Sleep Well
