Petface Signature Padded Dog Collar, Large, Brown with grey stitch

I bought this along with the matching lead BUT the ring on the collar was smaller than the one in the picture and is therefore of no use as the lead does not fit through the smaller ring. I've always used this brand of collar and lead for the very reason that I can shorten the lead to half the length by passing the lead through the ring and securing it by clasping it on to the ring at the handle of the lead. I have a very strong Lab who needs a shorter lead. Unfortunately it was not economical to return the collar. It's perfectly fine if you prefer to walk your dog on a long lead. I will not buy online again as I couldn't be sure of buying the collar advertised in the picture. However, I have no problem buying this brand in a shop where I can ensure I get a collar with the correct size ring on it.

This is a great looking collar, strongly constructed but with a nice padded section for the throat. Looks durable too and I would have no hessitation to buy... if my hands were less arthritic. I found the strong metal clip/buckle a little difficult to open, that may be OK if you put it on and leave it alone, but is more difficult it you put a collar on and off for each walk or take off for bedtime. Hope that helps.

rip off not as pictured. real pet face stuff is good quality but this is thin and no safety loop.

picture shows padding round at least one half.....when it arrived only padded for 2inches at most....feel deceived....

Second one I bought.First one outgrown.No better recommendation than buying another one

Stitching came off after 1 use. Metal hoop always swings round to under neck as it's too heavy and it's hard to clip lead on.

Nice collar, not as padded as I thought it was going to be, but still looks good.

Good, sturdy collar, but the high viz stitching came undone fairly soon.
