Brilliantly Entertaining
Bought this for my Harry Potter mad 8 year-old grandson and he loves it. Apparently you can change the colour-change speed, which is interesting and the colours themselves are lovely. I don't know if it reflects on a plain surface but he just has it on a shelf and watches it to go to sleep. This is one of the better Harry Potter gifts I have seen (not tacky) and will last a long time. You could just buy it for someone who's name begins with 'H' as this is all you see in the middle. A great gift.

Partner loved it as a birthday present, creates good ambient light, enough for a nightlight if you wanted to, and the multiple colours it emits is incredible for the value, recommend highly for HP fans!
