Kingdom Hearts: Original Soundtrack Complete

Not as good as the KH2 soundtrack, but then, almost nothing about the first game was as good as the sequel. The boss battle music in particular is much uglier on this soundtrack than on the KH2 one.As far as I can tell it's got all the background music from the different worlds and the cutscenes, as well as the theme song and its opening remix, sung by Hikaru Utada ("Hikari" if you buy the Japanese version, "Simple And Clean" for the English version). To my pleased surprise, the song sounds really good in both languages. I bought this version of the Kingdom Hearts sound track because I love the Japanese music, and I was looking for a specific version of Simple and Clean in Japanese. The version I was looking for I knew about through a friend, and the CD I have of it got scratched, so the song no longer plays. Well, these 9 CD's did not have the version of Simple and Clean that I was looking for. However, there were 3 other versions of it, included on the CDs, so I'm not upset.This set has 229 songs, and they range from 16 seconds to almost 8 minutes long. When the box says it is in Japanese, it really does mean it. I was very surpised to find that at the beginning of CD (from Kingdom Hearts 2) it is the part where you have to sing with Ariel and Sebastian. Well, if you buy these CD's you will have the Japanese versions of those songs like Under the Sea, and Part of Your World.Although the CD's did not have the song I was looking for, I really was pleased with this buy. The only songs they could add to it would be the version of Simple and Clean that I was looking for (it starts out with a heart beat way before the singer starts up it's the only one that I have heard that does), and the English versions of the songs.

If that is a big deal for you,then you might want to buy each ost individually although that's pretty pricey. its either get a cheaper bundle of kingdom hearts osts in japanese or buy expensive individual osts in englsih. I ordered a used cd set, and it was perfect. Music is perfect, straght from the games. And finally, the music goes straight to your heart.

The 9-CD set includes every single original soundtrack used in the three Kingdom Hearts games released as of 2007 (Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories). This is the best set to buy if you haven't bought any Kingdom Hearts OST yet, and it also includes a few previously unreleased tracks that you cannot get elsewhere. However, if you're only looking for songs from a specific game, I'd recommend getting that game's single OST CD instead.If the odd product title and lack of stock in western stores haven't clued you in yet, this item is from Japan and all lyrics are in Japanese, so there are tracks that never appeared or were altered for the English release. I've read some reviews in other Kingdom Hearts music products that indicated disappointment about their not being in English. If you're looking for the English versions of songs like "Hikari" (Simple and Clean) and "Passion" (Sanctuary), they are not included in this OST set.

Rare find domestically. Pricey but as a collector and fan of this series its spectacular.

Man have I been waiting and waiting for this!I bought it from simplethings7 who is a super seller. This BOX SET has the complete music from the Kingdom Hearts games; plus extras from final mix games and secret extras at the end of each game. But i must say that all the opening songs and ending songs that are in this set, are in Japanese. Other than that, great buy.

Ein Muss für jeden Final Fantasy oder Kingdom Hearts Liebhaber. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.Man muss einfach die fantastischen Musikstücke haben :3

je ne met que 4 étoiles car la boite est abîmé et 2 pochette de cd aussi, mais sinon ce sont les vrais musiques de Kingdom Hearts et elles me plaisent beaucoup.

同じダンジョンの曲でもソフトによって曲調が違ったり、今までのサントラよりも曲が長く入っているのでお勧めです。

買って良かったと思います値段がちょっと高いけどCDにプリントされているキングダムハーツの絵柄が凄くかっこいいですねーでもCDを入れる透明なケースがちょっと安っぽいです
