Excellent! I was given a mat, like this, in the hospital to stop my feet from sliding on the floor to help me stand and transfer to the walker. So much for their grippie socks! Bought this 2-pack for home to use in the bathroom and living room to help me get up. My feet slip on the vinyl flooring. It probably will work on tile and wood flooring too.

sad that things still slip
Does not keep items from slipping. I am disappointed as I cut it before realizing this and can't return it. You live and learn. Do not buy this if you are looking for non-slip material.

Quality
It only had sticky on one side and I bought it as a gift for my friend. I was not happy with the quality of product cause she has a disability and are not very good!
