The beam is constructed of a soft wood core.Has a cross linked foam padding.Counter sunk stainless steel hinge and covered in quality faux suede.When closed measures approx 36in long 4in deep 4in wide and weighs approx 4kilos.When open it is approx 72in long by 2in deep and a working surface of 4in. These beams are fantastic for the budding gymnast at any level to conquer their moves on. Being able to practice at home makes a world of difference.
