Perfect for my needs
Just purchased this robot vacuum cleaner and it is just perfect for my needs. I have a pet at home so cleaning is really a hustle for me. But this robot cleans the floor perfectly and leaves it spotless. For anyone who's thinking to buy this product, go ahead. Definitely recommended

Water capacity and mopping extremely poor
After reading the reviews you might want buy like I did directly from mecturing. It doesn't have a remote the brush keeps getting stuck it has big difficulty climbing over carpets. Support is non-existent nobody called after delivery for demo no documentation in box but a scan code to online copy of pdf which has pages missing. Any regular person would be trouble to install app and finding it online. The online whatsapp support number nobody replies about installation of app.The dust box is small first time I had to keep cleaning is for every 2nd room. After using for a week daily now it cover a 2bh flat but you need to clean it after every session. Keep all items away from floor remove anything bigger than 4mm or it will get in the brush.The water capacity is half a drinking glass and it keeps leaking as soon as you put the water dont know if the machine controls the output. It wouldn't even wet the mop cloth so I had sprinkle 4-5 glasses of water all over the flat so atleast there was some wetness.Suction power is okay at 2000. At low setting it doesn't clean so use standard or strong setting for suction.I got it for.20k but with poor mopping I would rightly price it at 15-16k including gst.The saving grace is the lidar navigation and map even though you can only save 1 as backup but had no issues with mapping locating zones or able to send instructions to clean a particular area selected on map. But due to its poor or non-existant mopping i regret paying 20k i would have rated 1 star but only because of Lidar mapping i gave 2 stars. 2 stars less for pricing.

Value for money and made in Bharat product.
I've been using it for almost one year, 22nd Oct 22, Dhanteras, (two days before Diwali).Except for three days of our absence, it worked every day, doing both sweeping and mopping every day.My observations-It is a nice product. You will not get annoyed by the absence of domestic help.There is a learning curve to handle this machine, which I would prefer to share.Although it is easy to connect with a Wi-Fi network using the Smart Life app, in the absence of any video tutorial it may be a bit cumbersome for a few.Robovac works perfectly but the third-party app needs some improvement.During the first run, it draws an almost accurate map. We need to do a few editing. It is better to split the big area like the living room and dining in two or three parts.We may customize the sequence of room cleaning at our convenience.I customized it to clean the Prayer (Puja) room first and then it sweeps and mops the kitchen twice with a high volume of water and medium suction.For cleaning approximately 70 β75 sq meter area (200 sq meter built-up area), it takes 100 minutes and consumes 65% of battery power.When 20% battery power remains it goes for charging.During daily cleaning, if it finds any obstruction or closed door in one place, then due to the bug in the app, during the cleaning of the next room or area it may leave a few more places to clean.And it may not go to the previous day's closed room next few days, even if you keep that room open.It is better to avoid closing any door during it's work. If it watches the closed door of one room which is scheduled to be cleaned after cleaning a few other rooms, it may not go to that room, even if you opened the door in between.Use of RO water is better, otherwise scaling may reduce the water flow from the water tank. It happened to me and I had to clean the scaling using one end of a hard electric wire (6mm copper wire) as a brush.Removal of dust from the Hepa filter without using water, and cleaning and drying of the other two filters (foam and fine cloth with water) is necessary when you watch a lower accumulation of dust in the tank than normal.Any sharp metallic object or leg of furniture may damage the brush early.Timely replacement of damaged brush and dirty Hepa filter improves efficiency, keeps the Robovac error-free and keeps the noise low too.It takes only five minutes to clean the Robovac and remove hair from the brushes and should be done daily along with the cleaning of the mop cloth.During cleaning, clean three sensors at the bottom properly, otherwise the Robovac may fall from the height. For error-free navigation clean the LIDAR sensor too.I don't know how the high-end Robocac which cleans and dries the mop cloth, emptys the dustbin and fills the water in the tank when returned to the charging dock; removes the hair from all the brushes.During the charging it is better to switch off the Robovac, it will reduce electric consumption. If you keep the switch on and there is a power failure, Robovac may start wandering to search the charging dock with the power supply.But you have to keep it switched on if you have scheduled it to work at a particular time.It is easy to control it by using a remote. Except for the change in sequence and mode of room cleaning and creating wall or no-go zones, almost all other controls can be done by remote.If there is a Wi-Fi failure even then it will work as per the sequence planned.When you switch on the power supply in the charging dock, maintain the sequence of switching on the power supply of the charging dock first then switch on the Robovac only after it gets connected to the wifi, and lastly give the command by app or remote to start the cleaning. Any change in the sequence will result in an error in its cleaning schedule.If you want speedy work then arrange the furniture such that there are fewer legs in it's way. It rotates around every leg.Avoid spilling water or small particulate matter i.e. lemon seeds etc. Due to water, it's filters may get clogged and particulate matter makes the cleaning process noisy.Spares are cheaper than the same of other brands. Mop cloth is a bit costly.Overall very helpful product.Because it has many moving parts, that too in the dust, I wish an annual maintenance service and cleaning plan should be there, as we get for a Car.

Worst Support/Response of Mcturing Company.
I purchased Mcturing S9 PRO robot. Company gave me 15 moths Warranty/Gurantee. AFTER APPROXIMATELY 15 Days robot did not work for wet mopping . I complain the company many times through many channels like Mcturing Website and Tollfree No. but they response after 5 days but don't take any action. Still my Mcturing S9 PRO robot is not working π.

Amaing product
I am working with smart home company. And i had used many robotic vacuum cleaner for many clients. But experience with this product is best from all my clients. Previous customer care was slow but now it is also very fast and helpful in my case.

False Promotion and joke in the name of customer service
Placed order for laseron s9 pro combo(2 machines and one alexa) on 10th April. Received only one machine on 24th April. It couldn't map house at all and kept moving within 10 feet radius from charging station.On 2nd attempt on another day it couldn't do that either. Now it just moves within 2 feet radius and just stops in open area saying that it is stuck and need help removing the obstacles which doesn't even exist.Calling the customer service but bunch of people just pick up the phone and keep talking in some gibberish among themselves never answering to your problems and just hang up on you.
