A repeat purchase of the very useful and handy bags. Just the right size to hold enough to lift and tip without the incpnvenience of using old compost bags. The bottom handle makes for very easy carrying and tipping. Tough, and going on the previous ones bought several years ago, very long lasting. Assembly required is to slip the re-inforcing strip into the top though the pre-cut slots and ensuring the strip overlaps where joined - can be a bit fiddly, but not too difficult, even for an oldie.Could be used for temporary storage of other stuff.Yes, I would recomend.

Sturdy but light, just the right size for collecting garden waste and getting stuff to the tip

I was looking for a replacement for a similar product that lasted years and this has filled the bill. I use it in the garden to collect leaves and weeds etc and the large volume allows me to fill it without having to resort to loads of refuse sacks. It is robust and with a plastic liner(bought seperatley) will stand up on its own making it easy to fill

Bosmere G525 Large Tip Bag.Difficult to insert the strong plastic band that holds the top open.Material is very strong, but inflexible. Bosmere bag doesn't easily stand up on its own. For me (5' tall) this bag is too long.Recommend buying a similar, alternative product. Wouldn't buy it again.Rita Craft, London.

Excellent product. Plenty of capacity but not so much that it becomes too heavy. I use it mainly for transporting logs. Only thing wrong is that it is a pain to fit the rim strengthening plastic strip...which is a useful feature when it's done. It's such a tight fit threading it round the rim.

very good just what you need in a big garden

This bag is useful for collecting garden bits but it is a bit loose when trying to carry itg around when doing garden work. I used to have a similar bag which was a bit smaller and had a metal wire in in on the bottom and top and around the rest of the bag. That kept the bag open and it was a bit more useful to use. I replaced it with what I have just bought as the metal wire along the inside of the bottom of the item tor the bottom of the bag and it became useless which is why I went for the other type just bought.

Este saco presente bastantes e importantes inconvenientes -para mí-: el más importante es que es prácticamente imposible poderlo guardar plegado o recogido -y es muy grande para mantenerlo permanentemente abierto-; explico por qué: El saco viene con una cinta de plástico semirígida que debe introducirse por el "dobladillo" superior del saco, ya que esa esa cinta la que lo mantiene abierto y, en consecuencia, de pié. Pasar esa cinta por ese "dobladillo" es una auténtica pesadilla. Tanto que, una vez pasada, ni te planteas volverla a quitar para poder plegar, recoger y guardar el saco. Además, no se sujeta bien de pié, vuelca con bastante facilidad. Como aspecto positivo -por decir alguno-, se le pueden encajar bien las bolsas de basura grandes de jardín.

This bag is very useful. I take it with me when I go out to weed or prune. I like the fact that it stands up on its own, is good quality, yet is light weight.

ok...but lot smaller than the original
