When this item arrived, I was shocked to discover that the box it was in was entirely missing both ends! (See picture.) I don't know how it got here with as little damage as it did.I unpacked the pieces and verified they were all there. The hardware came in an inner box that had a hole in it. It looked as though at one time, the hardware had been wrapped in individual bags, but the bags were mostly off and rattling around with the loose pieces. The bag containing the nuts and bolts had broken open and spilled everywhere inside that inner box, as well. Thankfully, the manufacturer had included extra nuts and bolts.I also found that several components of the cart were bent. However, it was possible to straighten them out by hand. Obviously that means that this cart will dent very easily, but since I'm pretty careful with my tools, that shouldn't be an issue.My final complaint is that there are areas of the shelving where it seems like the coating has been worn off; I'm concerned about rust in those spots. I assume that was also a result of the unbelievable journey this cart took between the manufacturing plant and my house.I do want to note that the rear peg board and the accessory tray were carefully packaged in bubble wrap, and the unit itself nested together and fit snugly in what was left of the box. Such a strange mix of careful packaging and shocking negligence!Now that I have the unit assembled, I like it and I'm glad I got it. It's easy to assemble, but tedious. Don't buy it if you hate using nuts and bolts! I'm so glad they used all the same size. It made it easy to just grab another handful out of the box and keep going.I love all the room to store and hang tools, and I can't wait to finish tightening the rest of the bolts, take it into the garage, and start organizing my workspace!

This little cart can hold so much! I wish I had bought it years ago!
